The following terms apply to both the retail and office space available in the Landmark Mercantile and Atlantic Hotel buildings. RE/MAX Results Commercial is happy to prepare a Letter of Intent or Preliminary Lease Outline to present to the Owners of each of the buildings. Length of lease and terms can be customized per tenant.
